DMCA

At GMRZW, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any material on our website infringes upon your copyrighted work, please follow the procedure outlined below to notify us.

1. Filing a DMCA Complaint

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, you may submit a takedown notice for material that you believe infringes your copyright. Your notice must include the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list.
  2. Identification of the infringing material and its location on our website, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (e.g., URL or specific page).
  3. Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that the material identified in a DMCA notice was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, the judicial district where your service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
